"5*+ company"
I love their products they are amazing but what do you expect from a 5* company.

I like many others ordered over the Black Friday Extravaganza and my item was shipped within hours, however Amazon delivered!! but I never actually received it. After endless trying could not contact Amazon so was really stressed and upset and then I phoned Medik8.
Should have phoned them first, like their products they were 5*+ just removed all my stress and anxiety and left me much calmer and took the delivery problem off my shoulders and reassured me that I will get what I ordered.

I know you can get their items from different sellers a little cheaper, however, what they did for me was priceless and just like their products they really are an amazing company on both product and customer service.
